At GameForce, we love animals! That’s why we couldn’t let Animal Day pass us by, so we have a super fun promotion where you can win a custom card of your pet! All you have to do is submit a photo of your pet with your favorite Trading Card Game, board or card game. The funniest, cutest, or best entry will have their pet immortalized in a custom card (TCG of choice)! The deadline is the 13th of October and the winner will be announced on the 14th of October!

Terms and conditions Animal Day promotion
General
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to the Animal Day promotion (hereinafter: the “Promotion”) organized by GameForce, established at Geldropseweg 83, 5611 SE in Eindhoven (hereinafter referred to as: GameForce).
1.2 Participation in the Promotion implies acceptance of these game terms and conditions.
1.3 GameForce reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or modify the Promotion at any time and not to award the prizes, without any possibility of compensation for the participants.
Content Action
2.1 The Participant sends a photo of their pet with their favorite Trading Card Game card or board game card via private message (DM) on our Instagram @gameforce.nl.
2.2 The Promotion runs from Sunday, October 4, 2026, through Wednesday, October 7, 2026 (hereinafter: the “Promotion Period”).
Prizes
3.1 There is 1 prize to be won among all participants of the Promotion. The prize is a custom card featuring a photo of their pet chosen by the Participant, to be presented in GameForce.
3.2 To be eligible for a prize, the Participant must follow the Instagrampage @gameforce.nl at the moment of submitting the photo and at the moment of accepting the prize and must be reachable through their Instagram where we will inform the Participant of winning the Promotion.
3.3 The prize is personal and cannot be exchanged for another prize or cash and can only be collected at GameForce.
Participation and participants
4.1 Participation is open to any person residing in Europe. There are no costs associated with participating in this giveaway.
4.2 GameForce has the right to exclude a participant from a Promotion if it appears that the participant has provided incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information, or is otherwise committing or attempting to commit fraud.
4.3 GameForce can under no circumstances be held responsible for the provision by the participant of an incorrect telephone number, email address, or home address leading to an incorrect or unknown address of the participant, nor for network, hardware, or software failures resulting in limited or delayed transmission of data by the participant, or loss of such data.
4.4 No gambling tax applies to this promotion.
4.5 By participating, each prize winner agrees to cooperate with any promotional activities in connection with the Promotion, including the presentation of the prize. Submitted photos may be used by GameForce for publicity purposes. Furthermore, the prize winners agree to the possible publication of a report/editorial article, including photos, on gameforce.nl.
Personal Data
5.1 GameForce handles data with care and acts in accordance with laws and regulations regarding the protection of personal data. The processing of this data will take place in accordance with GameForce’s privacy statement.
Amendment to game conditions and technical facilities
6.1 GameForce reserves the right at all times to amend these terms and conditions during the Promotion without prior notice and to discontinue or modify the Promotion without giving reasons, without GameForce being liable in any way to compensate the participants for any damages. In the event of an amendment to these terms and conditions, GameForce will take into account the reasonable interests of the participants.
6.2 GameForce does not guarantee the undisturbed and uninterrupted operation of its website(s) or the services provided or used by it. Despite the utmost care that GameForce devotes to the management of the website, it is possible that the information is incomplete or incorrect. The participant is solely responsible for adequate facilities (such as telecommunication facilities) to participate in the Promotion.
Complaints
7.1 If a participant has a complaint or objection in connection with the Promotion organised by GameForce, the participant may notify GameForce of this within 5 working days after the complaint arose or could reasonably have been determined, by sending a letter to GameForce located at Geldropseweg 83, 5611 SE in Eindhoven, or an e-mail to info@gameforce.nl stating ‘complaint animal day promotion’.
Liability
8.1 GameForce is not liable for any damage, of whatever nature, arising from or related to (participation in) the Promotion. Printing, spelling, typesetting, or similar errors cannot be held against GameForce and cannot in any way create an obligation for GameForce. GameForce is not liable for any damage, of whatever nature, in connection with the use of the website or other technical facilities. GameForce is not responsible or liable for costs incurred by the participant in connection with participation in the Promotion.
Force majeur
9.1 GameForce reserves the right not to award one or more prizes in the event of force majeure. Force majeure shall in any event include the declaration of bankruptcy of GameForce.
Applicable law
10.1 These terms and conditions of the game and the Promotion are governed by Dutch law.
